It is so easy to fall into the trap of feeling as if you are unprotected and vulnerable to outside influences. When this happens, anxiety and worry increase and we begin to fear what “could” happen in the future, filling ourselves with the fear of the unknown. As practitioners, we rely on our knowledge and experience to fortify the protection that surrounds us so that we are able to bask in the beauty that is truly surrounding us.
