“Out past the midnight tides, a mermaid rises each month beneath the Full Moon, her silver hair drifting like silk. She knows that the ocean moves only by the will of the Moon, carrying within it the reflection of deep and watery wisdom. As she rests her head upon her palms and stares into the luminous orb, she begins the accord, “If you guide the tides, I will guard the mysteries below. Let your light awaken what sleeps in shadow, and I will carry your wisdom through every current!’”
