State Sales Tax Information

On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued their decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair. Their decision requires Small Businesses, like The Witches Moon®, to start collecting sales tax in certain states where they don't have a physical presence.
As a result, customers will start to see a charge for transaction privilege tax when purchasing any product or subscription service from The Witches Moon®, including renewals. To see what states are currently collecting sales tax, please see the following page: "State Sales Tax".
